Handmade replica of the famous Yankee Stadium scoreboard from the 1950’s featuring the Longines clock and Ballantine Beer ad. This scoreboard was witness to some of the greatest games and players in baseball history.
The scoreboard is nicely sized at 49" Wide x 36" Tall. Strikes a nice balance between making a significant impression in the room without overwhelming it. Choose from 2 different games:
- First game is Don Larsen perfect game on October 8, 1956, in Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. Don Larsen of the New York Yankees famously threw the perfect game against the Brooklyn Dodgers. The scoreboard shows the scoreboard as it appeared at the conclusion of the game.
- Second game option is a game from May 24, 1957 vs the Washington Senators. The game shows the score as it was in the bottom of the 6th with Mickey Mantle at bat. League scores are shown from the other games of that day.
Add a custom message or logo to the scoreboard. Replace the text "TOMORROW WASHINGTON 2PM" with your message or logo. Choose the Custom Logo option.
Please allow approximately 3-5 days from date of purchase for me to create your new scoreboard. This scoreboard is made from wood (MDF) with vinyl lettering. Includes wall hanging hooks on back. The clock is fully functional. The clock requires some minor assembly. This is sure to be one of your favorite Yankees collectibles.
